First Knife Blank

This is the first knife that I tried to make. I made it at home using an angle grinder to cut out the shape of the blank. and then a combination of a woodworking belt sander, file, and flap disk on the angle grinder, to add in the bevels. Then I drilled the holes and hand sanded. I never ended up finishing it as I ground the bevel too thick, where it could be a problem during heat treating. If I ground the bevels back to thicken the edge, the blade would have a really weird shape.
